锂电池检测过程中经常遇到的问题

质量损失Mass loss

电压降大于10%
Voltage drops more than 10% of initial
主要原因:保护板起动、连接片松动、连接线断裂等
main cause : Protection Module tripped , Connector loosen, Nickel strip broken

温度大于170℃ 、着火、爆炸、解体等
Extreme temperature ,catch fire ,explosion ,disassembly ,and so on
主要发生在:外短路、碰撞和强制放电
Main Tests : external short circuit, impact and forced discharge

外壳变形 enclosure deform
主要发生在:温度循环 Main test : Thermal cycling

问题发生后,积极的采取措施

要求客户专业技术人员到现场,确认问题点
Professional technical person of customer is required to identify the failure on the test spot

尽可能在现场给出合理的引发故障原因,也可以带回样品做进一步分析
Try their best to give the root cause at our center ,of course they can take the samples back for further analysis .

与生产商沟通
Communicate with manufacturers

与各地质检和安监部门沟通
Communicate with local administrations of quality supervision, inspection and quarantine, and local administrations of work safety

提出改善方法,重新制作样品,再送样检测
Give a way to improve it , remake the samples and then send for tests. 

和客户建立良好关系

与工作人员进行交流沟通   和客户交流,表达运输安全的重要性
Often communicate with customer, Propagate the importance of transport safety .
